Rental Fee
- $1,000–5,000/event
- The rental fee for events at Tetto Rooftop, a semi-private outdoor rooftop space, is $1,000-$2,000. Includes up to 4 hours of event time; event signage; existing tables, chairs & heaters; optional handcrafted signature drink. Food & Beverage must be purchased through Tetto, and is in addition to the rental fee.
- The Event rental fee for a Full Hotel Wedding Buy-Out is $5,000 plus tax and service charge (and the hotel rooms.) This option includes all event spaces at The Piccolo: The Courtyard, Tetto, Piper & Living Room, plus access to The Courtyard & Tetto for all day setup. Existing tables, chairs and heaters are included. See "Packages" below for more details & options.

- A variety of other event options can be customized to suit, from a semi-private rooftop cocktail party to exclusive use of the hotel for a full wedding. The latter requires reserving all of the hotel 's 24 guest rooms, with a 2-night minimum on weekends, at a price starting at $350/room night.
- A modest food & beverage minimum applies to all events.
