Noted pricing includes 18-hour venue access (8am–2am), with a cocktail hour on the Mezzanine and a reception in the South Hall, plus tables, banquet and Chiavari chairs, a dressing suite, HVAC, cascading crystal chandeliers, and two built-in marble bars. A kitchen buyout is also required.
Saturday + December Fridays | $18,500 rental | $3,000 kitchen buyout
Friday + Sunday | $14,500 rental | $1,500 kitchen buyout
Weekdays | $11,000 rental | $1,500 kitchen buyout

Ceremonies are held in the North Hall.

Menu pricing ranges $50–99/person for a buffet, plated, cocktail, or stations-style dinner, plus passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres, assorted desserts, cake cutting, coffee & tea service, and standard rentals.
Bar packages are additional, and range $15–25/person for up to 6 hours.
