The location fee at The Griffith House includes exclusive use of the grounds for your wedding day, space for your ceremony and reception, a bridal suite, a second lounge for the other side of the wedding party, and parking. In-house planning is provided by Hutchinson Weddings, who offer day-of coordination, run your rehearsal and work with all of your vendors so the day goes smoothly.

Yes. The Griffith House offers three ceremony spots: the chapel inside the historic house, with original woodwork and stained glass windows, for up to 70 guests; a contemporary church sanctuary that seats up to 300; or the lawn, surrounded by trees with a white wedding arch. Receptions take place in the garden, with twinkle lights overhead and a bubbling fountain nearby.

Yes. The Griffith House lets you bring in your own vendors, including your caterer, as long as the caterer is licensed and insured. Alcohol is BYO, limited to beer, wine and champagne (no hard liquor), and the venue's bartenders are required to serve it for an additional fee. Hutchinson Weddings coordinates your chosen vendors on the day.

The rental fee at The Griffith House runs $4,000–5,000, depending on the time of year and the space you reserve. That includes the ceremony and reception space, dressing suites, parking, and planning help and day-of coordination from Hutchinson Weddings.
