The Colony House gives you exclusive use of all five spaces during your event: the Pavilion, Great Hall, Loft, Patio and Hideaway. The rental also includes an on-site suite for getting ready, two stylized bars with local beer on tap, dimmable indoor lighting, patio bistro lights and a built-in speaker system, tables and chairs for up to 250 guests, a one-hour rehearsal (based on availability), a menu tasting at 24 Carrots headquarters and complimentary parking in a private 125-space lot.

Yes. At The Colony House, both the indoor Great Hall and the outdoor Pavilion can host your ceremony, cocktail hour and seated dinner. The Great Hall has a bow-truss ceiling, whitewashed brick and an elevated stage with a century-old white oak backdrop, while the open-air Pavilion features a living greenery wall and exposed wood beams. Guests can also mingle during cocktail hour on the Patio, by its fireplace, or upstairs in the Loft.

Partly. At The Colony House, 24 Carrots exclusively provides catering, bar service, staffing, equipment, security and dining rentals, and Honored Occasions is the exclusive vendor for audio, DJ and AV needs. You're welcome to hire your own coordinator, photographer, videographer, florist, officiant, entertainment, photo booth, select specialty rentals, signage, decor, cake and specialty desserts (24 Carrots will cut and serve your cake at no charge). An outside caterer may be approved for traditional, cultural or ethnic cuisine 24 Carrots can't make in-house. A wedding coordinator is required and must be booked at least 60 days out, and every vendor needs proof of insurance.

The venue rental at The Colony House runs $3,500–7,500, depending on the day of the week. Catering and bar service are booked through 24 Carrots under a separate catering contract, and a 22% service charge applies. Your rental covers the full property, tables and chairs for up to 250 guests, lighting, a sound system, a getting-ready suite and complimentary parking.

The Colony House includes eight hours of event time, and events must end by midnight. Vendors can arrive as early as 10am and must finish strike by 1am. Outdoors, amplified sound ends at 8pm and acoustic music (like piano, guitar, harp or violin) can continue until 9:30pm. The patio closes at 10pm, when guests move indoors to keep celebrating.

Not to worry. The Colony House's indoor spaces and covered outdoor Pavilion are both beautiful options if the weather turns, and your venue representative will work with you to adjust the layout as needed.

The Colony House includes the Hideaway, an intimate suite with garment hooks, full-length mirrors and a lounge vignette for final touches. It's available starting at 10am on your wedding day and doubles as a spot to store personal items during the event. There's no overnight lodging on-site, but the team can recommend nearby Anaheim hotels.

To secure your date at The Colony House, you'll sign a catering and venue contract with 24 Carrots and pay 20% (or 50% if your wedding is within six months). Dates are first come, first served, and holds aren't available. Final guest counts, selections and payment are due 10 business days before your event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
