- Leather couch set with cube chairs and center tables
- Rectangular and cocktail tables, bar table & stools, and green hedges
- Marble bar area, prep kitchen, and stocked restrooms
- Parking structure adjacent to the building (managed by a separate company)
There is a $1,000 fee to rent the parking spaces along the wall of The Bank.
