Your rental at Santa Ynez Ranch Events includes exclusive use of the venue: the Grand Barn, Wedding Lawn, Wine Lounge, Courtyard and Garden Patio. You'll also get full day and night use of the lounges for wedding party prep, a wedding arch, five cases of wine, and day-before and day-after load-in and strike. Behind the scenes, there's an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning pizza oven, smoker and Santa Maria grill, a 28-foot kitchen trailer, plenty of power (no generator needed), a dedicated bathroom building, plus a rustic bar, lounge seating and cocktail tables and stools.

At Santa Ynez Ranch Events, you can say "I do" on the Wedding Lawn, which seats 220 and overlooks a pond, vineyards and grazing horses, with a white wooden balcony that's perfect for a chuppah or arch. The reception moves to the Grand Barn, a historic horse barn on the vineyard that also seats 220, with French doors and chandeliers. The Wine Lounge (70 guests) and Courtyard (90 guests) work well for cocktails or smaller gatherings.

Santa Ynez Ranch Events has a preferred caterer list, and caterers who aren't on it need venue approval. Alcohol is BYO: you bring the wine and beer, and for any other alcoholic drinks, your caterer must pull a day license. The ranch offers private-label wines, but buying them isn't required, and five cases of wine are included with your rental.

A single-day rental is $30,000, a two-day rental is $40,000, and a three-day rental is $47,000, which includes a Friday rehearsal dinner and a Sunday morning post-wedding brunch in any of the smaller spaces. Choose from the Country Cottage (two primary suites plus a bunk room), the Deluxe Casita (two primary suites with king beds and a private deck on the vineyard), or the Horse Cabana, a tiny house by the pond that sleeps two to four.

Santa Ynez Ranch Events' Garden Patio seats 25 at a wooden family-style table under a canopy, surrounded by flowers and vegetable boxes, which makes it ideal for an intimate rehearsal dinner or farm-to-table meal. Book the three-day rental and a Friday rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch in one of the smaller spaces are included.

Santa Ynez Ranch Events sits on a 105-acre organic vineyard and farm about 35 minutes from Santa Barbara, where horses, goats, sheep and cattle graze in the pastures. Guests can wander the organic vegetable garden, stroll down to the pond under the redwoods and sit by the waterfall. The ranch also makes its own private-label wines and keeps lodging just for event guests.
