  • Rental fee varies depending on:
    • Day of week
    • Space reserved
    • Guest count
    • Event duration

  • Rental fees start at $3,500 for a 6-hour event with 100 guests, and increases by $1,000 per 50 guests, up to 400 guests at $9,500. Discounts may be available for weekend events.

    Venue rentals include banquet tables, gold Chiavari chairs, ivory house linens and napkins, wine glasses, and a bartender & busser.
