- 6-hour event time, plus 4-hour vendor load-in and 1-hour vendor load-out
- 1-hour weekday rehearsal
- Use of all event spaces: The Ballroom, Library Bar, Great Lawn, Front Porch
- Three dressing suites
- Ceremony seating and arch
- Dining tables, cross back chairs, and lounge furniture
- Serviceware, dishware, silverware, glassware, and barware
- Parking lot
Food & Beverage Minimum

- Food & Beverage minimum varies depending on:

Meals (when priced separately)

Meal pricing includes appetizer (passed or grazing station), buffet, plated, or family-style dinner service with salad, entrées, and sides, cake cutting, and a coffee & tea station.
Bartenders are included in staffing fees.
