Rental Fee

• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Day of week
  • Type of event

• The rental fee includes:

  • 5-hour use of the Citrus Ballroom and outdoor balcony ($500/additional hour)
  • Tables & chairs
  • Assortment of tables and use of the baby grand piano
  • On-site event manager (does not replace the required wedding coordinator)
  • Door security

  Seating is provided for up to 150 guests. An additional per guest fee will be charged for over that amount.

  Ceremony-only rentals cost $1,500 and include a one-hour ceremony, ceremony setup, one-hour rehearsal at a designated time, room setup of tables & chairs, and use of Mezzanine for cocktail hour.
