• All rentals include:

  • Exclusive 3.5-hour facility use, plus 2 hours for photos
  • Full use of dressing room
  • Tables, chairs, china, linens, napkins, votives, and standard rentals
  • Twinkle lights, heat lamps, partial tenting, and chandeliers
  • Services of the wedding coordinator

  Pricing includes a site fee + a food & beverage minimum. It varies based on the day of the week, time of day, time of year, guest count, and space reserved.

• Meals start at $41/person for a brunch buffet; the average pricing for buffet or plated dinner is $76–80/person. Bar packages are additional, and start at $36/person.
