Every package at Harlyne J. Norris Pavilion in Rolling Hills Estates includes exclusive use of the facility for an eight-hour block covering setup, your event and breakdown, plus a Pavilion supervisor, tables, chairs, dishes, stemware, flatware, an 18' x 24' wooden dance floor, an adjustable stage, lounge chairs and LED uplighting. Higher packages add stage lighting, a mirror ball, a custom gobo, terrace string lights, a projector and screen, a ceremony and rehearsal, and, in Platinum, a mobile bar, a white oak dance floor and a security guard. Catering, linens, Chiavari chairs, decorations and entertainment aren't included.

Yes. At Harlyne J. Norris Pavilion, you can say "I do" on the secluded outdoor Terrace, which seats up to 170 on white folding chairs, then move through floor-to-ceiling glass doors into the Forum Ballroom, with cherrywood walls and domed chandeliers. The ballroom seats up to 220 with a stage and dance floor, or up to 300 when it expands into the mirrored dance studio. A ceremony is $950 on its own and included in the Gold and Platinum packages.

Yes. At Harlyne J. Norris Pavilion, you can choose any linens, florist, DJ and photographer you like. For catering, pick from a preferred list that includes Red Onion, Colette's, Rasoi, Bollywood Zaika and LA Kosher, or bring another caterer with approval and a $3,000 fee ($1,000 of it refundable after the event). You can bring your own alcohol, but security is required whenever alcohol is served: $320 for up to 175 guests or $640 for more.

At Harlyne J. Norris Pavilion in Rolling Hills Estates, Friday through Sunday packages are $5,700 for Bronze, $6,850 for Silver, $8,500 for Gold and $10,200 for Platinum. A $1,000 non-refundable booking fee (paid by check) holds your date and goes toward your package, with final payment due 45 days before the event. Catering, linens and decor are on top, along with security ($320–$640) if you serve alcohol and $300 per extra hour.

Weekday tours run Tuesday 9:30–11am or 5:15–6pm and Wednesday and Thursday 9am–noon or 5:15–6pm, Friday tours are flexible, and weekend tours are very limited.
