- Use of the property's 7,000sf indoor/outdoor event space and 4,000sf garden courtyard with a raised outdoor music stage
- Use of the outdoor kitchen and tasting bar with a wood-burning oven, grill and beer taps.
- Bocce ball court and horseshoe pit
- Fully outfitted bridal suite
- Self-parking for guests (with valet available for an additional fee)
- Use of tables and chairs for up to 300 guests
