If you'd like a specific cultural cuisine, ask the team about partners who can help with traditional dishes. Most other vendors are your call, though florists must be licensed and approved. It was once the headquarters of the Southern Counties Gas Company, then a Prohibition-era speakeasy and Hollywood hangout. Today it's fully restored, with Palladian windows, exposed brick and crystal chandeliers, and Jay's Catering, a family-owned company cooking since 1967, handles the food.
