The rental fee ranges $3,500–6,500 and includes:- 5-hour or all-day use of the Shearwater spaces
- Shearwater Lawn for the ceremony, Shearwater Terrace for cocktail hour, and Shearwater Ballroom for the reception
- Baraat on the Front Drive, and the gate to Shearwater Lawn for the Milni, Tilak, and Aarti
- Tables, silver Chiavari and white garden chairs, linens, votives, and wood dance floor
- Terrace market lighting, umbrellas, and outdoor lounge furniture
- Complimentary day-of parking
