- The Winery's airy, contemporary design encourages an easy flow between indoors and out, with open-air decks and lounges, a light-flooded Tasting Room, and a sprawling lawn, all showcasing panoramic vistas of the lush vines and sun-kissed hills beyond. Two large dressing suites are included in every package, each set with charcuterie, finger sandwiches, and champagne for a luxurious start to the day.
- The delectable in-house cuisine from Gaspar's reflects a Spanish influence, with the seasonality and elegance of modern California fare. It's perfectly paired with the in-house wines, which have been artfully crafted by their winemaker using predominately Spanish varietals. The options for customization are endless... but we're particularly fond of their handcrafted sangria bars!
