2022 Pricing starts at $6,500 per event
All rental fees include:
- 15-hour venue access, ending at 1am Friday & Saturday or midnight Sunday–Thursday
- Two dressing suites available for an additional fee ($350/room)
- Round, banquet, and cocktail tables, and white Chiavari chairs
- Two private kitchens and stocked restrooms
- Room flip (ceremony to reception) for an additional $1,500 fee
A portion of the The Mezz may be rented for cocktail hour or smaller events; a 2-hour rental is $5,000, and an 8-hour rental is $9,000.
A dance floor must be rented for an additional fee. A wedding planner, hired staff, and minimum of 3 security guards (depending on guest count) are also required.

Outside catering is allowed for a $1,500 fee and a mandatory site visit. All caterers must be licensed and insured.
No corkage fee.
Tours are by appointment only Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm
The venue is available year-round, daily. Weddings take place in an 8-hour block with 15 hours total venue access time. Additional hours may be added for a fee. Weekends have a 1am event curfew.
