• All rental fees include:

  • 15-hour venue access, ending at 1am Friday & Saturday or midnight Sunday–Thursday
  • Two dressing suites available for an additional fee ($400/room)
  • Round, banquet, and cocktail tables, bistro stools, and white Chiavari chairs
  • Two private kitchens, stocked restrooms, and curbside valet or self-parking options
  • On-site representative
  • Room flip (ceremony to reception) for an additional $1,500 fee

  A portion of the The Mezz may be rented with use of the cocktail bar; a 2-hour rental is $1,500, and an 8-hour rental is $6,000.

• A dance floor must be rented for an additional fee. A wedding planner, hired staff, and minimum of 3 security guards (depending on guest count) are also required.
