• The Basic Package ranges $4,495–7,295 for 400 guests and includes:

  • 16-hour access to the venue (8am–11:59pm)
  • Dressing suites
  • Tables & chairs with setup & breakdown
  • 55 acres of historic apple orchard with mini donkeys, sheep, chickens, and alpacas
  • On-site facility manager

  The Embellishment Bundle is an extra $2,295 added to your chosen Basic Package and includes everything in the Basic Package PLUS:

  • Unlimited wooden farm tables
  • 18ft drapery on center trusses
  • Choice of infusion beverage station or N/A drink package
  • Yard games
  • One busser for five hours & pack-up assistance
  • And more!

  The Ultimate Bridal Package ranges $10,190–12,990 + catering and includes everything in the Embellishment Bundle PLUS:

  • Ceremony & reception DJ
  • Catering (price not included in the total, estimate ranges $19–22/person)

  A Thursday rehearsal/setup may be added to a Friday rental for $995 (5 hours). 

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $1,000/event

• There is a $1,000 bar minimum with all rentals.
