- Lawn games and fire pit (firewood included)
- Round, cocktail, and banquet tables, white resin & wooden cross-back chairs, and white linens
- Venue director to assist with venue-related questions, recommend vendors, assist with guest or event issues, etc.

Thursday/Friday Perk: Add Thursday 2–8pm to your Friday booking for a $3,000 rental fee. Other additional days are $2,500 off for an 8-hour rental (8am–2pm or 1–9pm).
