Rental Fee
- $1,500–4,000/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
- Event duration
- Full-day rentals (9am–midnight) are $2,500 Monday–Thursday and $4,000 Friday–Sunday.
- Half-day rentals (7 consecutive hours) are $1,500 Monday–Thursday and $2,500 Friday & Sunday (not available Saturday).
All rental times are inclusive of setup, decorating, and cleanup. Tables, chairs, chafers, heat lamps, and serviceware may be added on for $500.
Food & Beverage Minimum
- $3,000/event
Meals (when priced separately)
- $20–65/person
Plated, buffet, and stations-style dinners are available. Hors d'oeuvres are priced separately.
Hosted bar service requires a $150 fee for a 4-hour event, plus $225 for bartender and server. Beverage packages range $25–40/person.
