  • The rental fee includes:

    • Space for the ceremony & reception
    • Dressing suites
    • Tables & chairs with setup & breakdown
    • Access to the property for engagement and/or wedding photography
    • Golf cart service for the wedding party for outdoor ceremonies and couples portraits 

    SIngle-day events range $3,000–4,800.

    Three-day events cost $8,500 and include access Friday 8am–Sunday 1pm, plus five on-site cabins, use of the Old Barn for a rehearsal dinner, 15 farm tables, and white linens.

    Additional days for setup or breakdown may be added for $1,200/day.
