- The garden features a sweet white gazebo to shelter your ceremony, which can be followed by cocktails on the inn’s traditional southern porch. An elegant tent surrounded by mature oak and pecan trees hosts beautiful outdoor receptions.
- You have the option to rent the entire home for the duration of your event, allowing you to easily turn your celebration into a destination weekend. Guests will love the gracious accommodations, as well as the quick access to historic downtown Pendleton.

The 3-Day Package ranges $5,600–9,500 and includes:
- Exclusive access to the house, grounds, and venue all weekend (4pm Friday–10am Sunday)
- Use of all 10 rooms with breakfast each morning for all registered guests
- Use of venue/grounds for a bridal shoot, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner
- Over 10,000 sq ft outdoor reception area with a 2,400 sq ft. tent & additional areas
- Use of all common areas, verandas, large and small patios, catering access to kitchen, bathrooms, and surrounding grounds
- Tables & chairs for up to 125 people
- White flowing draping throughout the reception tent
- Venue set-up & breakdown.
- Dressing suite & dressing quarters for the wedding party to get ready
- Management representative on-site all day of the wedding
The Wedding Venue Only ranges $3,600–4,500 and includes:
- Access to the grounds & venue 8am–10pm
- Use of venue/grounds for the bridal shoot & rehearsal
- Over 10,000 sq ft outdoor reception area with a 2,400 sq ft tent, with additional areas
- Tables & chairs for up to 125 people
- White flowing draping throughout the reception tent

Intimate Weddings are $1,000 for up to 30 guests and include:
- 5-hour access to the property as well as setup & cleanup
- Tables, chairs, and linens
Additional time may be added at $200/hour.
