Rental Fee

• Events with over 30 guests require a hotel buyout of all 13 rooms for the wedding weekend (Friday & Saturday), in addition to the per-person package fee. The total cost of the buyout comes to $9,000/night and includes use of the Hotel facilities and breakfast.

• Package options start at $99/person for a buffet, plated, or cocktail-style reception dinner, including passed hors d'oeuvres and nonalcoholic beverages.

  Beverage packages are additional, and start at $55/person for a 4-hour beer & wine bar and $65/person for a 4-hour full bar package. Consumption bar is are also available.
