- The event barn is a rustic-modern beauty (with just a touch of glam), featuring a vaulted ceiling, lots of large windows letting in natural light, an open layout perfect for dining and dancing, and an attached dressing suite.
- An adjacent patio makes an ideal spot for ceremonies, with a backdrop of towering woodlands just beyond a lush lawn. Strung with strands of romantic bistro lights, the space can be quickly flipped to serve as an al fresco addition to the celebration.

There are three package options available: the Coordinated Estate Wedding, the Classic All-Inclusive Wedding, and the Signature All-Inclusive Wedding. Each is available as a day wedding (10- or 12-hour rental time) or a 1- or 2-night overnight wedding (which includes an overnight stay for 16 guests). All packages are BYOB.
The Coordinated Estate Wedding is a DIY-friendly option that includes:
- Exclusive access to the estate, including the climate-controlled event barn, pavilion, ceremony site, gardens, patios, and 4 acres of grounds
- Use of the Victorian mini-mansion for getting ready and optional overnight lodging
- Professional planning, coordination, and design services, including a design meeting, a directed rehearsal, 8-hour day-of coordination by a team of 2 coordinators, a custom timeline & floor plan, vendor coordination, and more!
- Ceremony setup with aisle florals, decorated arbor, and chairs
- Reception setup with tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, candles, chargers, and tableware
- Option to add-on additional nights of lodging to the overnight wedding package
