Rental Fee

Venue rental fees typically include use of the selected event space from 8am–midnight, plus tables, chairs, and basic linens. An in-house dance floor, stage, and lighting are available at additional cost.
Above pricing applies to rental of the Double Ballroom space during low season. Inquire for a custom quote.
Food & Beverage Minimum
The in-house exclusive caterer includes plates, glassware, silverware, and standard rentals.
Food and beverage minimums vary depending on the space reserved.
For example, the F&B minimum for the Double Ballroom is $15,000. This does not include labor, taxes, and 24% service fee.

As a non-profit organization, all venue fees are untaxed and go directly towards supporting educational programs that work with local schools to bring students to see theater, music, and dance performances.
