All events also require a $2,500 administrative fee, which includes 5-hour venue access, private bathroom facility for the couple, a wedding arbor, shepherds crooks, lanterns, tables, chairs, glassware, dishware, and flatware, plus event staffing. Required add-ons include parking attendants, police detail, and event coordination services.
Rental fees vary, but a typical Saturday in June will cost around $7,500 in facility fees with taxes and add-ons.

Ceremony Fee

An on-site beach ceremony includes an hour-long beachside ceremony, two hours of bridal suite access, and two fire pits. Add-ons include a sand bar at $300/hour, and a raw bar. Additional fire pits are $100/pit, and include Adirondack chairs. Call for a more detailed quote.
