  - Unlimited events in The Studio along with a 2 night stay in our 4 suites (sleeps up to 8 guests)
  o Events such as but not limited to: Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Weekend Home Base, Photo Session, Wedding

  Ceremony and Reception, Post Wedding Brunch - Early check in at 2pm and Late check out at 12pm

  “THE STUDIO” ONE-DAY WEDDING RENTAL BUYOUT

  Weekday Rate - $2500 off-peak, $4000 peak
  Friday + Sunday Rate - $3000 off peak, $5000 peak

  Saturday Rate - $4000 off-peak, $5500 peak

  Rental Fee Includes

  • - 5 hour event in The Studio plus one overnight stay (4 suites sleeps up to 8 people)
  • - Access to The Studio 3 hours prior to your event, check in to suites at 2pm day of event, check out next day at 12pm
  • - Curated photography opportunities around the Dye House and surrounding neighborhood murals
  • - 1 Dye House Day of Staff member to oversee your event.

  *Rates do not include sales/hotel taxes, credit card and cleaning fees
  *Furniture Rentals must be delivered and picked up during your buyout time frame
  *Holiday Rates - additional $1,500 Memorial Day, 4th of July, Christmas Eve + Day, New Year’s Eve is peak full weekend buyout

Ceremony Fee

• $250/event

• The ceremony fee does not apply to full weekend buyouts.

Meals (when priced separately)

• Arrange through an outside caterer.

Additional Info

• Non-wedding special events in The Studio range $1,000–4,000 for use of The Studio; an event in the Loft ranges $450–550. Use of The Studio, guest room, or culinary suite (photo shoots, filming, etc.) ranges $250–300/hour, or $1,500–2,000/day.
