- Though it may look at first glance like a traditional red Pennsylvania bank barn, this impressive two-story space was actually custom-built by the owner for his daughter’s wedding, and boasts a dramatic, modern interior with tons of luxurious celebration amenities.
- The surrounding property is just as gorgeous as the barn, and offers a host of pretty settings for your ceremony and photos, including a romantic covered bridge spanning a waterfall.
- A spacious, beautifully appointed farmhouse is available for both overnight accommodation and as a convenient day-of prep suite. Customizable, all-inclusive packages cover catering, bar service, and tons more. You’ll find photo-friendly hidden gems throughout the property that add even more fun to the party (we’re big fans of the charming outdoor bourbon and cigar bar!)

Rental Fee

Rental fees include:
- Venue rental from 11am–11pm, with access to the dressing suites at 8am, and a 6-hour time frame for the event
- Ceremony at the covered bridge, cocktail lawn, or pond, with seating for 200
- Cocktail hour on the lawn and lower barn, with lawn furniture and tables
- Reception area with tables, chairs, linens, and lighting
- Farmhouse accommodations the night before and the night of the wedding (sleeps 8; additional accommodations for 6 are available in the Cottage for an additional cost)
- Spacious getting ready suites
- 3-hour use of the property for load-in and rehearsal
- Venue manager, golf cart shuttles, and setup & teardown

Menu pricing includes entrées, sides, and a china place setting. Beverages are either BYO or provided in-house, both served by RAMP certified staff bartenders at a cost of $625/bartender.
