Rental Fee

• Rental fees include:

  • Venue rental from 11am–11pm, with access to the dressing suites at 8am, and a 6-hour time frame for the event
  • Ceremony at the covered bridge, cocktail lawn, or pond, with seating for 200
  • Cocktail hour on the lawn and lower barn, with lawn furniture and tables
  • Reception area with tables, chairs, linens, and lighting
  • Farmhouse accommodations the night before and the night of the wedding (sleeps 8; additional accommodations for 6 are available in the Cottage for an additional cost)
  • Spacious getting ready suites
  • 3-hour use of the property for load-in and rehearsal
  • Venue manager, golf cart shuttles, and setup & teardown

Meals (when priced separately)

• $30–80/person

• Menu pricing includes entrées, sides, and a china place setting. Beverages are either BYO or provided in-house, both served by RAMP certified staff bartenders at a cost of $625/bartender.
