Rental Fee

• $2,500–6,500/event

• The rental fee includes:

  • Access to the venue starting at 9am on the day of the event
  • 5-hour event use of the entire barn & patio
  • Tables, Chiavari chairs, tablecloths, napkins, china, silverware, and glassware
  • Golf carts for the wedding party to take photos
  • Complimentary wedding party golf outing (6 people)
  • Preferred vendor list and access to AllSeated.com to design your floorplan

Ceremony Fee

• $500–1,000/event

• The ceremony fee includes:
  

  • Ceremony & rehearsal
  • Up to 4 hours early arrival for dressing/prep
  • Two areas for the wedding party to get ready on-site
  • Cheese & fruit platter for the wedding party
  • White resin chairs, plus setup & teardown
  • Golf carts to take photos on the course

Meals (when priced separately)

• $45–58/person

• Menus include appetizers, salad, plated or buffet dinner, coffee & iced tea, and cake cutting.

  Bar packages are additional and start at $46/person for a 3-hour open bar.
