Rental Fee

• $2,500–4,500/event

• Rental fees range $2,500–4,500 for a 4-hour evening rental, which includes tables & chairs and setup & teardown.

  Enclosed shuttle service from the Zoo entrance to the Aquarium or Water's Edge and back is included for those two venues (not included for the Garden Tent). A second shuttle ($500) is required for guest counts over 100.

  Water's Edge | 140 seated, 250 standing | $2,750
  3 large exhibits allowing guests to polar bears, sea otters, sea lions, and elephant seals from both the outdoor and indoor perspectives. Water's Edge is not available August–December 2024.

  Aquarium | 200 seated, 500 standing | $4,500
  Multiple smaller exhibits for your guests to enjoy various species of fish, eels, penguins, turtles, tropical rainforest, and the polar bears’ outdoor exhibit on the lower aquarium patio.

  Garden Tent | 300 seated, 500 standing | $2,500
  Tent surrounded by foliage and botanical gardens. Available mid-April through mid-October only.

Ceremony Fee

• $750/event

• The ceremony fee includes full coordination by the Zoo's Events Team.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $45/person and up

• Buffet menus start at $45/person, and plated menus start at $65/person; both include salad, entrées, sides, and rolls with butter. Stations-style menus are also available.

  Bar packages range $34/person for a 4-hour beer & wine bar to $48/person for a 5-hour platinum bar. Cash bar and specialty options are also available.

• Small Animal Visits!
  A Zoo staff member brings a small animal for your guests to get an up-close look for 30 minutes during cocktail hour.

  • Tier 1: $100/animal - bearded dragon, corn snake, blue tongue skink, turtle/pancake tortoise, mallard duck, tenrec, rabbit, chinchilla* (weather dependent*)
  • Tier 2: $124/animal - pine snake, boa constrictor, screech owl, kestrel, large owl (Eagle or Great Horned), opossum, armadillo, macaw, kinkajou, fennec fox
