- With two stories of industrial-modern event space and a great South Philly location, this light-filled venue boasts a wonderfully flexible floor plan—including an outdoor courtyard!—with design that draws inspiration from its vibrant, eclectic neighborhood. The entire building is photo-ready, with beautiful details like rich wood floors and ceilings, exposed brick, and steel beams and ductwork.
- It's also a working ballroom dance studio, which means professional floors and a state-of-the-art sound system made for getting down. They also offer first dance lessons right on-site—imagine getting to spin around with your sweetie in the same room where you'll soon be exchanging vows!
- You're welcome to bring any licensed caterer (or food truck!) of your choosing, and you are free to either supply your own alcohol, or hire a bar service. Not sure which route to go? No worries—the Loft can supply you with a stellar list of trusted local vendors.
PRICES: What's this going to cost?
Rental Fee
- $4,500–6,500/event
The rental fee includes:
- 5-hour event time, plus 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for cleanup
- Tables & chairs
- Dance floors, sound system, and projection screen
Friday rentals are $6,000; Saturday rentals are $6,500; and Sunday rentals are $4,500.
