• The rental fee includes:

  • Three ceremony location options & reception space
  • Access to the venue 4 hours the day prior for setup, and 1 hour for cleanup the following day
  • 1-hour ceremony rehearsal
  • Dressing suite access at 10am the day of the event
  • Stone patio complete with gas firepit, string lights, and built-in seating
  • Dressing suite and vintage camper-turned-hangout
  • Venue manager on-site for the entire event, parking attendants, and setup & teardown
  • Salvaged window greenhouse for pictures & private moments for couples
  • Custom-built harvest tables, vintage wooden folding chairs, and a stash of décor, antiques, vintage furniture, and accessories

  From April–November, pricing ranges $5,500–9,150 for up to 300 guests (inquire for guest counts over 300).

  Friday or Sunday | $5,500–7,850
  Saturday | $6,900–9,150

  From December–March, pricing ranges $6,650–6,950 for up to 120 guests for a Saturday event (Friday setup included).
