- Originally built in 1906 as a carriage house, this wonderful building in Pittsburg’s Strip District won a Historic Preservation Award for its loving renovation—which artfully preserved its vintage brick, hardwood, and steel design elements while seamlessly integrating modern amenities.
- The large, flexible space consists of a sprawling upstairs loft with an open center that overlooks the main level's bar, apothecary, and lounge. Events are welcome to rent a single area, or opt for a full-venue buyout for use of the entire space.
- Their awesome in-house bar service highlights Kingfly’s beautifully crafted spirits. We think you’ll be especially smitten with their specialty liquors, like the lavender-hued Parfait Amour, made with rose petals, citrus peel, Hüll Melon hops, and vanilla bean.

Rental Fee

All rentals include:
- 12-hour venue access, including setup, event, and load out
- Assorted tables, chairs, sofas, and lounge furniture
- Staffing, initial tour, vendor meeting, and cleaning
- Extensive PA and sound system (additional fee)
Full venue buyouts include use of the first floor bar area, lounge, apothecary, and second floor loft. When the Second Floor Loft is rented separately, the first floor will remain open to the public.
Second Floor Loft | $4,000 fee + $3,000 minimum spend
Full Venue Buyout | $8,000 + $6,000 minimum spend
