Rental Fee
- $5,000/event
The rental fee is $5,000 for use of the full building, plus a $500 nonrefundable security deposit and $780.76 in security fees.
Package Prices

All packages include:
- 5-hour event time
- Wedding suite with charcuterie board, sparkling toast, spring water, and soft drinks (available 1 hour prior to wedding)
- Passed canapés and bowls
- 3-course plated dinner, including a first course and main course
- Dessert canapés or plated dessert
- 5-hour open bar and champagne toast
- Tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware, and glasware
- Wedding party attendant and service staff
