- Exclusive use of the 26,000 square foot Estate, veranda, covered terrace, and surrounding fountain gardens and grounds on the wedding day
- 5-hour reception, with option to extend to midnight
- 3 additional hours in the 2nd floor dressing suites
- Ample parking and ADA amenities
- 30-foot oak dance floor and A/C with enhanced air filtration system
- Flexible rescheduling/cancellation options and no minimum guest counts!
Additional options include tenting of the lower Terrace, market lighting throughout, draping, lounge furniture, fire pit, and lawn games.
