- 5–6-hour after-hours rental
- Tables & chairs with setup & teardown
- Full garden access for photography
- Onsite venue representative
- 1-hour walk-through with your planning team, caterer, and vendors
- 1-hour rehearsal (Manor House and Intimate Garden Weddings)
- Parking
Ceremony-only rentals are $2,400 for 20–40 guests and $3,200 for 40–80 guests. They include a 4-hour rental, use of the Manor House’s first floor, a 30-minute walk-through, and a 30-minute rehearsal.
A professional day-of coordinator is required for all ceremony & reception rentals.
