Rental Fee
- $1,350/event and up
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Space reserved
- Guest count
- Event duration
The $1,350 rental fee is for events with up to 40 guests and includes: the Main House, six acre property, and all outdoor entertaining areas.
A fee of $500/day is added to events with over 40 guests.
The Bunkhouse can be added for $500/night, and each cabin can be added for $75/night.
Package Prices
- $6,500/event
The Weekend "All In" Package for 2024 includes:
- Access to all seven acres of the property, including the main house, the bunk house, and 4 cabins
- Tables for 45 & chairs for 30
- 15-car parking
