Rental Fee

• The rental fee includes:

  • Exclusive use of the venue (8 hours Sunday & weekdays, 12 hours Saturday)
  • Complimentary on-site parking
  • Wedding party suites, set with snacks, nonalcoholic beverages, and two rounds of champagne or beer
  • Pre-event planning with an Event Specialist
  • Tables & chairs, china, glassware, and flatware
  • Cake cutting and complimentary sparkling toast for the couple
  • Event staff, including chefs, servers, and setup/cleanup crew

• Brunch packages start at $40/person; dinner packages start at $55/person and include ciabatta rolls, appetizers, salad, buffet or plated entrées and sides, and one nonalcoholic beverage option.

  Bar packages are additional; there is also a setup fee that includes 6 hours of service.

• Wedding coordination packages are also available. Prices range from $1,500 for the signature day coordination to $4,500 for premier planning (including all vendor research, budget planning, event design, and more). A ceremony manager is $300, and required if you do not hire a professional coordinator.
