PRICES: What's this going to cost?
Rental Fee
- $3,200/event and up
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
- Time of year
- Space reserved
Pricing includes exclusive access to Vinterra and use of the Grand Hall. Add-on the Clubhouse for $1,000 and/or the Dock for $500.
Monday–Thursday | $3,200 for 8-hour rental
Friday & Sunday | $6,400 for 12-hour rental
Saturday | $7,400 for 14-hour rental
All rentals include:
- In-house event coordination
- Two getting ready suites with bluetooth sound systems
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal and 1-hour access for engagement photos
- Background sound system, gas fire pits, and interchangeable chandeliers
- Tables & chairs, plus setup and teardown
