• The rental fee ranges $3,500–5,500 and includes:

  • Access to the venue for a ceremony & reception
  • Setup & breakdown of white Chiavari chairs & wooden garden chairs
  • Harvest tables decorated with faux greenery & hurricane vases for either floating candles or floral use & round tables
  • Barn draped with white sheers & chandeliers
  • 1-day access to prep kitchen with commercial warmer & cooler
    as well as access to chaffing dishes, drink dispensers, and cake stand
  • 1-day access to two rooms for the wedding couple plus meeting spaces in the venue house
  • One day of venue management on-site

  Elopements are $1,000 for up to 35 guests and include 4-hour access, tables, chairs, and décor.

Package Prices

• The Micro All-inclusive package is $9,500 for up to 100 guests and includes:

  • 16-hour access to the venue
  • 3-tier buttercream cake with fresh cake florals
  • Barn center square draped with white voile draping
  • Full wedding & rehearsal coordination
  • Full setup, breakdown, and complete clean up of barn 
  • Three bridal assistants on-site all-day
  • Catered bridal brunch
  • PA system & the couple provide the playlist
  • Dinner with basic faux dinnerware (upgrade to real china available at a per-person rate)

  The Grand All-inclusive package is $12,500 for up to 150 guests and includes::

  • 3-tier wedding cake
  • Buffet-style catering
  • Tea & water
  • Waitstaff
  • Bartender with access to their mobile shiplap bar on wheels 
  • Event insurance & security
  • The barn set up with white garden chairs, farmhouse tables, and round tables
  • Side tables with coordinating linen napkins, faux china, greenery, and tea lights
  • Head table for up to 20 (can be used for the wedding party or immediate family) set up with real china, stemware, chargers, candlesticks, coordinating linen napkin, and coordinating table runner

  The Premiere All-inclusive package is $19,500 for up to 150 guests and includes everything in Grand All-inclusive PLUS:

  • Fresh cake florals
  • Florals & design with The Carter Collective
  • Full wedding & rehearsal coordination
  • Day-of coordination & three bridal assistants on-site all day
  • Photography for eight hours with The Carter Collective (as well as an engagement session)
  • Reception DJ & emcee with Oncore Productions
  • Head table for up to 25 (up from 20)
