• Rental fees include use of the venue from 4–11pm, tables & chairs, a projector and portable screen, a custom event diagram, venue assistant, security, and ample parking. Early entry is $125/hour, and curfew extension is $250/hour.

  Foyer, South Room and Alcove, Dining Room, Kitchen, Gold Room, Veranda, and dressing rooms.

  Mansion + Reception Hall | $2,500–5,000
  All Mansion rooms plus the Reception Hall.

  Ceremony-only rentals range $700–1,500 and include the dressing rooms, and your choice of the Veranda or South Room.
