Rental Fee

• $125/person and up
• Rental fee varies depending on:

  • Time of day
  • Event duration

• Rental fees include:

  • Single point of contact from booking to final invoice
  • Tables, chairs, outdoor furniture, and lounge seating
  • Design meeting with table mockup
  • Staff member on-site throughout
  • Custom floor plan, plus setup & teardown

  Daytime weddings (10am–2pm) are $450 Monday–Friday and $900 Saturday.
  Evening weddings (6–10pm or 11pm) are $600 Monday–Thursday, $1,400 Sunday, and $1,900 Friday, and $3,000 Saturday.
  Full day rentals (10am–11pm) are available Saturday for $3,900.

  Pricing above applies to 50 guests; additional guests are $7/person.

Ceremony Fee

• $750/event

• The ceremony fee includes two dressing rooms, choice of ceremony location, and setup & teardown.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $17–55/person

• Menu pricing includes salad, sides, buffet-style entrées, and warm bread. Bar packages, hors d'oeuvres, and sweets are priced separately.
