Rental Fee

  • Single point of contact from booking to final invoice
  • Tables, chairs, outdoor furniture, and lounge seating
  • Design meeting with table mockup
  • Staff member on-site throughout
  • Custom floor plan, plus setup & teardown

  Daytime weddings cost $495 Monday–Friday 8am–4pm, and $1,200 Saturday (10am–2pm).

  Evening weddings range $750–900 Monday–Thursday 6–10pm, $2,000 Sunday 4–9pm, $2,500 Friday 6–11pm, and $3,600 Saturday 6–11pm.

  Full day rentals range $3,000–4,800 Friday and Saturday 10am–11pm.

Ceremony Fee

• $1,250/event

• The ceremony fee includes:

  • Indoor & outdoor options for the ceremony and an archway
  • Ceremony chairs
  • Spaces to get ready
  • Setup, strike, and/or reset of ceremony chairs

Meals (when priced separately)

• $20/person and up

• Menu pricing includes a buffet dinner, china, silverware, glassware, and napkins. Bar packages, hors d'oeuvres, and sweets are priced separately.
