The rental fee includes:
- Access to the entire mansion, including the main level, lower level library, patio ballroom, and courtyard
- Complimentary tent covering the brick patio
- Two private dressing suites
- Wrought-iron arbor
- Use of catering kitchen (outside or self-catering permitted)
- Sound systems throughout the mansion and courtyard
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal and 1.5-hour access for engagement photos
- Table & chair setup and minimal secondary setup
