  • 3-night/4-day first-class lodging for 20–40 guests
  • Private waterfront & access to Crystal Lake Ranch development & amenities
  • White chairs & tables with linens
  • Outdoor kitchen for catering
  • Outdoor special lighting
  • Use & chair arrangement for the ceremony
  • 50% discount on the regular rate of a second or third cabin secured for the same dates
  • Site planning of the entire event timeline
  • Two hosts assisting on the event day with arranging set up & tear down, extras, and cleaning.
  • Two scheduled meetings at the premises to walk through the areas
  • One courtesy night in a honeymoon bedroom for the happy couple before the event (subject to availability and to be booked between Monday–Thursday)
  • Local vendors list (all vendors must provide insurance and sign waivers)
