- The main event hall is two stories of woodsy gorgeousness. Perched on a hilltop and constructed of hearty, hand-hewn logs, it features a grand oak staircase, hardwood flooring, and two covered decks that offer wonderful views of the valley below.
- There’s room for everyone to stay the weekend. In addition to the delightful treehouses, the property boasts four cozy multi-bed cabins, and just a couple of miles down the road you’ll find the Manor House and the Farm House, both of which sleep an additional eight guests.

Rental Fee

Rental fees vary depending on the time of year and day of the week.
Prime months are typically September and October, which range $5,400–7,975, with the lowest rates in December & March ranging $2,050–4,600. The venue is closed December 15–February 28.
There is a 75-guest minimum for Friday & Saturday events.
The rental fee includes:
- 13-hour exclusive access on your wedding day
- 1-night overnight lodging in the Nest Treehouse
- On-site day-of event manager, planning team, and security
- Three wedding party suites
- Barn event venue with main dining room, mezzanine, and two covered decks with twinkle lights, greenery, and drapery throughout
- Outdoor patio, covered pavilion, and fire pit/fireside lounge area
- Ceremony arbor, rustic benches, and white garden chairs
- Tables, display units, and farmhouse dining chairs
- Assistance with planning and vendor coordination
- Options for overnight lodging for the couple and guests
