Rental Fee
- $4,500–6,000/event
The rental fee includes:
- Space for the ceremony & reception
- Exclusive acess to the full 120-acre property, including the barn and lawn by the silo
- Use of two large, climate-controlled dressing suites
- Venue management, on-site events team, and setup & cleanup
- Ample, easily accessed outdoor parking and golf cart for guest transportation
- Use of the venue for on-site engagement photos
- Round, banquet, and cocktail tables, white ceremony chairs and mahogany reception chairs, cedar arbor, whiskey barrels, and a recycled wood bar with drink coolers
- And more!
Add on Thursday 2pm–8pm to your Friday rental for an additional $1,000 or Friday 2pm–8pm to your Saturday rental for an additional $1,500.
