Rental Fee
  • $4,500–6,000/event

  • The rental fee includes:

    • Space for the ceremony & reception
    • Exclusive acess to the full 120-acre property, including the barn and lawn by the silo
    • Use of two large, climate-controlled dressing suites
    • Venue management, on-site events team, and setup & cleanup
    • Ample, easily accessed outdoor parking and golf cart for guest transportation
    • Use of the venue for on-site engagement photos
    • Round, banquet, and cocktail tables, white ceremony chairs and mahogany reception chairs, cedar arbor, whiskey barrels, and a recycled wood bar with drink coolers
    • And more!

    Add on Thursday 2pm–8pm to your Friday rental for an additional $1,000 or Friday 2pm–8pm to your Saturday rental for an additional $1,500.
