Rental Fee

The rental fee is $6,000 and includes:
- Friday check-in, Saturday event, and Sunday cleanup
- Tables & chairs for up to 300 guests
- Use of both the upper & lower level
- Toiletries & on-site trash disposal
Non-wedding events are $175/hour with a 3-hour minimum and are limited to Sunday afternoons & weekdays.
