Intimate Celebrations in the Lounge Room & Pavilion
Gatherings of up to 75 people (minimum 25 people) can be accommodated in the Lounge Room (indoor) or Pavilion (outdoor, with an additional $600 setup fee).
Lunch & brunch pricing begins at $17/person; plated dinners start at $31/person including salad, rolls, and sides. 3-hour bar service ranges $19–34/person. Minimums range $2,300–2,900 for a 3-hour event.

Ceremony Fee

Two outdoor gazebos are available for ceremonies for $425; chairs are available to rent through the venue.
The two dressing suites may be added for $260 and $360 respectively, with access starting at 10am.

Occasions is a truly ALL-INCLUSIVE wedding venue, meaning no rental fees and no additional gratuity! Pricing varies depending on the package chosen, ranging from intimate afternoon gatherings of 25 guests to evening celebrations with up to 325 guests.
Evening wedding packages typically include:
- 5-hour event time with use of 3 event spaces (no additional rental fee!)
- Plated or buffet dinner with chef-appointed carving stations
- Champagne toast for the head table
- Cake cutting and service (for desserts purchased by partner bakery)
- Professional event coordinator, host, wait staff, bartenders, and security
- Permanent dance floor and stage
- Tables & Chiavari chairs, house centerpieces, linens, napkins, and all glassware, stemware, and fine china
- Well-lit and paved parking lots
- Endless options for upgrades and customizations!
