Rental Fee

Ceremony & reception rentals range $4,000–4,500 for a 10-hour rental (including a 2-hour rehearsal, 3-hour ceremony block, and 5-hour reception).
Ceremony-only rentals range $850–1,250 for three hours; reception-only rentals range $2,000–3,000 for four hours. Elopements for 20 or fewer guests are $350 for three hours.
