  • Farmhouse access (available 11am–11pm for Friday & Sunday bookings, and Saturday bookings 8am–9am the next day with an overnight stay)
  • Tables, chairs, dishware, and bar stations
  • 4-person golf cart with NVL escort for wedding party and photos
  • 1-hour rehearsal
  • Saturday rentals include an overnight stay on the wedding night

• Wedding Weekend Packages include three days of exclusive venue access, plus overnight lodging for 28 guests.

  Pricing starts at $22,500 and includes:

  • Everything in the venue rental above, PLUS:
  • Friday venue access for a 1-hour rehearsal, vendor setup, and welcome dinner for up to 28 guests (catering priced separately)
  • Sunday venue access for a farewell brunch for up to 28 guests (catering priced separately)
  • Two nights' lodgings for up to 28 guests in the Farmhouse, Sherwood Park Ranch, and Smuckers Country Cottage
