Rental Fee
- $6,800/event and up
Saturday peak season pricing starts at $6,800; Sunday–Friday dates are discounted.
The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the barn, farmhouse, patio, and grounds
- Access to the two-story historic home and separate summer kitchen with loft for both wedding parties to prep
- Choice of ceremony site (options include the wooded grove, wildflower field, patio, and vintage glass greenhouse)
- Century-old barn with a kitchen prep space, gas stone fireplace, loft, and bar area in the historic grainary
- Use of the full décor closet inventory, including vintage furniture
- Venue manager, security, and golf cart shuttle to/from parking area
- Tables, chairs, and basic setup & teardown
- Floral options (DIY bulk buckets, a la carte, or full service) and additional floral discounts from the in-house design studio
Add-on options include charcuterie/grazing boards, premium day-of coordination, a luxe s'more station, and more!
